General terms and conditions of sale
Article 1- Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply, as part of the online sales service on the internet by Lehvallée, to final consumers wishing to acquire the products marketed on the website lehvallee.com exclusively for their personal usage and without direct or indirect relationship with a commercial Activity, intermediary or reseller (hereinafter referred to as ‘the customer’).
In the event of an order from a country other than Metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the products concerned.
For all products shipped outside the EEC and DOM-TOM, customs duties and other local taxes may be applicable.These rights are not the responsability of Lehvallée. They will be the sole responsibility of the customer who is advised to inquire about these aspects before any order.
These general conditions of sale can be modified at any time subject to the appearance of these changes on the site.
Article 2 - Price
The prices of the products are indicatif in Euros all taxes included.
Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product after taking an order, the customer is informed by email as soon as possible and is reimbursed by Lehvallée.
Lehvallée reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered subject to availability.
Article 3 - Order
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the order details, the amount of the order and an estimated delivery date. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Article 4 - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before finalising the order. The validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The data recorded by Lehvallée constitute proof of the transaction.
Article 5 - Delivery
All orders are packed with care and shipped from our office in France. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Orders are typically processed within two working days. During peak times or sales events, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any significant delays.
All orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect information.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Article 6 - Frais de port
Shipping costs are generated automatically during the ordering process. Lehvallée takes care of the transportation costs for the carrier proposed by default for orders shipped withing France, and offers other transportation options that will be charged in addition.
In case of subscription to a delivery method other than the default proposal of Lehvallée, the amount of the postage appear on the order confirmation.

Article 7 - Payment
For online payment, it is necessary to follow the order process carried out on the site. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the SSL protocol certified by a certification authority.
We do not store our customers credit card data on our website.
Article 8 - Transfer of ownership and the transfer of risk
The transfère of ownership and the transfère of risk are carried out as soon as the good are delivered previously paid for. The good must be checked by the customer upon delivery. Any reservations are made on the delivery slip presented by the carrier or can be sent to Lehvallée sales department within 72 Hours.
In the event of a defect, the return costs are the responsibilty of Lehvallée. The defective item will either be exchanged or refunded.
Article 9 - Order Cancellation & modification
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be in processing or shipment. The return of the products is the responsibility of the customer and is done at customers risk.
Article 10 - Return & Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send back to us within 14 days of receipt along with the the delivery note received with the order. Beyond this period, the sale will be considered final. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
To return an item, the cusomer must follow the procedures indicated on our website or on the delivery note received with the order. Any non-compliant return (without prior registration on our website) will be rejected and Lehvallée will be released from any responsibility.
Refunds and credits are made within a maximum of 1 month after receipt of the return package.
Article 11 - Garanties.
The products delivered are garanteed in accordance with the legal provisions against any hidden defects arising from a defect in material, design or workmanship. Any warranty is excluded in case of misuse, negligence or poor handling by the customer. Lehvallée will replace or have repaired products deemed defected.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please note, due to the artisanal production, the items available in stock may vary slightly from the photos presented, in colour and size.
The products sold on the website comply with the regulations in force in France. Lehvallée will not be held responsible for any delay following the occurence of a case of unforeseen event.
Article 12 - Applicable law dispute
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts have jurisdiction.
Article 13 - Data protection & privarcy
Pursuant to Law 78-17 of 6 january 1978, it is recalled that the personal data requested from the customer are necessary to process the order and are intended for internal use of Lehvallée.
The customer therefore has the right to access, modify, rectify and oppose the conditions provided for by Law by contacting customer service.
